Just a few more days of November and we would have arrived at the very last month of the year ! It has been a whirlwind year and I’m trying to enjoy it as much as I can before the new year arrives. Here is a page I did a few weeks ago and forgot all about it.
Love the stamped sentiments.
Enjoy the month of November before it runs away from us.
A new month and a new sketch over at Ed’s Sketch to welcome you.
Use any three stamps on you layout just remember to have fun.
Here is my take on the challenge:
Can you spot the three stamps that I used. For this month’s challenge, not only did I use my stamps, I challenged myself to make use of the embossing powders that I have at home. I remember the frenzy we had when embossing powders was in the rage. Everyone wanted all the pretty colors but now we have learnt that a little embossing powder goes a long way so the best way to enjoy these are to share them with your friends. I’m loving the texture the Gesso and textured paste gives to a page. I hope you can see the rough textures I created and then added a splash of color over them with my Gelatos.
Do try your hand at the sketch and submit your entry over at Ed’s Sketch for a chance to win some lovely RAK.
Here’s another layout incorporating Instax photographs. These were taken when we took the boys out cycling. It’s something we miss doing recently. The weather has been a little weird and we didn’t want to get caught in an unexpected shower. The patterned paper was a little busy so I give it a light coat of cream paint before adding my photos. Layered several stamped images together. I love these hexagon shaped stamps and I’m glad the details stamped out perfectly.
The wood veneer bicycle was just perfect for this layout !!
Do share how you store your Instax photographs. I still have a whole bunch of them on my table.
