Now it’s time to show off my project for the hop:

Here is a mini album i made using paper bags as a base. For the cover, I covered my paper bag with a mask and sprayed all over with a mix of gorgeous Gold Glow and Caramel Latte Smooch Spritz from our swap partner Clearsnap.

Next, I used the Little Love molding mat as a stamp and stamped on the corners of the cover. Did you notice the strip of vellum on the cover ? I typed the words using my typewriter and then rip the pieces out. Our vellum is nice and thick and rips so nicely. I really over the effect it gives to the album.

And here is an overhead view of the pages sewn together.

I love the texture of the bags and how the pockets from the Carnival King range work so well with the album. Did you notice that I used pieces of ripped vellum for my journaling ? Just type or even write and rip the strips you need out. It sheer effect work really great and I can even overlay the strips over my photos.
